Bourbon & Bubbles features a selection of exclusive, handcrafted bourbons and refreshing bubbly from around the world, plus gourmet bites, tasty treats, and fun entertainment. VIP guests receive one hour early entry plus specialty tastings and two additional tasting punches.

Event Schedule & Activities

This event features gourmet bites by Bernstein’s Fine Catering and a wide variety of bourbon and bubbly samples offered from more than two dozen vendors. Tickets for the event include 8 tastings for general admission ticket holders and 10 for VIP ticket holders. A cash bar also offers beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

Directions & Parking

This event takes place at the Dayton Art Institute, located at 456 Belmonte Park North, Dayton, OH 45405. Enter at the main museum doors upon arrival.

Parking is provided at no cost at the museum. Reserved parking for patrons with disabilities is available. Overflow parking is across the street in the Masonic Temple lower lot or on-street in the surrounding neighborhood.

 

Event History

Bourbon & Bubbles, launched in 2017, has grown to be the museum’s third-largest signature event and is always held on the first Friday in November. With 125 guests in its first year, the event has grown to about 700 guests today. Originally a spring event, Bourbon & Bubbles quickly became Dayton’s hottest cocktail party and became a staple fall fundraiser, selling out every year. 

 

Event Policies

Event held rain or shine. No refunds and no rain checks for any reason. Participants must be at least 21 years old, and must produce a valid photo identification upon checking into the event. No exceptions will be made.

Please refrain from cosmetics, hair products and clothing that contain glitter in any form. Sequins are permitted. Glitter is incredibly dangerous to art objects.

We are a non-smoking museum. All tobacco products are only permitted outside in designated smoking areas.

A coat check is available at this event, as well as safe storage for large bags and umbrellas.
